Pete Derti

Pete came to Thomasville Homes 2 years ago from a job as a Senior Financial Officer at Polo Ralph Lauren. His career at Polo began in 2001 right after receiving his MBA concentrating in Finance from the E. Philip Saunders School of Business at RIT. He began his career in this field as a Financial Analyst increasing his expertise and finally reaching the position of Senior Financial analyst. At Polo he was in charge of developing and administering a $35 million dollar budget for their main distribution center located in Greensboro, NC.

In 2004 Pete moved to Baltimore for family reasons and went into the restaurant management field at Kali's Court Restaurant in fells point. This allowed him to work and maintain a career but also allowed for a flexible schedule. As things settled down Pete decided to continue his chosen career in business and his desire for entrepreneurship. In 2006 Pete joined the Team at Thomasville Homes. After a year on the Job Pete was promoted to VP of Operations and controls all of the day to day processes as well as much of the project tracking.
