Thomasville Homes is going green! By making our homes greener we are making a commitment to you, your family, your community and the world! Our goal is to build homes that conserve and save the homeowner money and reduce your homes impact on the enviroment! Here is what we are doing:

• Programmable thermostats to conserve energy and save money.
• Protecting critical areas and wetlands and placing a forrest buffer on properties that are at a higher risk of disturbance.
• Low flow plumbing fixtures to conserve water.
• Insulated attic and Insulated unfinished basement to prevent heating/air loss.
• Housewrap to create a tighter envelope.
• Decrease drainage and grading cost by maximizing the homesite.
• Using materials that are more durable and require lower maintence needs.
• We work hard not to WASTE material during the home building process.
• Protect trees and other natural features during construction.
• Low-E windows reducing energy loss through windows by reducing heat transmission.
